Absolutely love this Coutil. I recently made Regency Stays with it and it has given me exactly the structure I was looking for. I overlayed my stays with a Silk Dupion and the Coutil has given the more delicate fabric exactly the right backing. Definitely recommen.

After I was able to figure out how to use the tool, these were so easy to add to my corset!

I made the mistake of not paying attention to the size or measuring so they were smaller than I wanted but I still made them work and am Soo happy with them!

The instructions are clear and easy to follow, the fabrics are easy to work with and durable, and the dusty blue colour is stunning! I've never worked with metal boning or eyelets before but it was surprisingly easy and so much fun. Having it all in a kit takes all the stress out of worrying if you've missed any parts.
Overall so happy with it and can't wait to make a black one, or even do some hand embroidery on it.

I used these with the vario creative tool with excellant results. The pressing tools it comes with fits perfectly in to the creative tool.

This fabric is perfect for what I needed. Which was to disappear when skin is behind it, and it does exactly that. The video was very helpful.

I used these with the Vario pliers and even for someone with poor wrist strength I didn't find them too difficult to insert through 3 layers of coutil. I used a tailors awl to make the holes rather than the cutting tool since it compromises the fabric strength less to use an awl, even if it's a bit more fiddly with multiple layers of tightly woven fabric.

These scissors are amazing, I have had mine for 8 years so far and they are as good as the day I bought them even after being used almost daily to cut through fabrics and thick polyester rope.
