Shipping policy
Orders & Payments
- Operating hours are from Tuesday to Friday. Orders dispatched in 1-2 business days. Items ordered after 5pm on Friday through to Monday will be processed on Tuesday. After hours orders are processed the next business day.
- Shipping is generally 2-10 days depending on your location. We are located in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, classed as a regional area, therefore delivery may take a bit longer. International addresses allow 2-3 weeks.
- Items that are ordered and discovered to be discontinued or no longer available will be fully refunded.
- Items ordered and currently in our inventory are available for immediate dispatch.

- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and payments through our online portal.
DELIVERY
- FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS & PURCHASES OVER $150.00 (Australian Addresses Only)
- Shipping is calculated for delivery with Australia Post or Aramex for all products purchased through our internet store and does not include international taxes and/or international customs charges.
- You will be notified if there are any delays in dispatching your order.
- All delivery times are provided as estimates only. The Stitch Parlour is not responsible for any delays caused or incurred by delivery services or international customs clearance processes.
- Items that are in stock will be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Items that are out of stock and cannot be backordered will be refunded.
