High Density Rigilene Boning delivers superior structural support with thicker internal nylon fibres that create a more rigid, durable bone while maintaining flexibility. The reinforced casing prevents nylon slippage during wear, eliminating the need for traditional casing, though you can still cap it with a plastic or silicon bone caps or hand cut cottons squares. It would be perfect for using in external bone channels where you can't add a cap because of the extra bulk it creates. The high density Rigilene boning is perfect for adding structural support to corsetry, dressmaking, and other garments requiring a rigid seam. This boning needs no casing and can bend around curves for precise application.
